Robert Camp arrived earlier than expected but coordinated his arrival by calling me. He introduced himself and was very professional in appearance. He completed the job of removal and replacement of one toilet in less than one hour. The cost was lower than I expected so I feel that I received a 2 for 1 deal (efficient timely and cost effective). I will contact Atlantis in the future for my plumbing needs.

John Henry was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me solve an issue with our garbage disposal pushing up food debris in the adjacent sink. We also had low water pressure throughout our house and he traced it to the city water pressure without me having to unnecessarily purchase a new valve. I’m very impressed with the service and price - thank you!

My water heater broke during the night and I had a basement filled with water. A friend recommended Atlantis Plumbing. I called that morning and spoke with John. I was scheduled that day, the service tech, John Massey arrived promptly, replaced my water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend Atlantis to any friends and family.

Jason Davis arrived on time and was polite and cordial and provided me with a fair price to rebuild my Toilet Tank. He worked efficiently and answered all the questions I asked. Before leaving he cleaned up after himself as well. Was a very pleasant experience. I'll continue to engage Atlantis Plumbing in the future!

We had a leak somewhere in our water main. Bryan came by and assessed the problem. He quickly had the property marked and gathered a crew within a couple of hours. Tom, Michael, and an assistant replaced the old line with a new one in a few hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly during the whole process. They minimized the damage done to the lawn. We really appreciated their service.

We had a leaking toilet and went online on a Sunday to request an appointment. They called me within an hour and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning to give me an estimate. JP came out and recommended that we replace our toilet and when asked offered additional information so that we could order the appropriate fit for our powder room. We received the toilet on Tuesday afternoon and called to schedule an appointment to install the toilet. Plumber John Massey was here at 9:40 the following morning (scheduled for between 8 and 10) and we had our brand new toilet installed within the hour. We are very pleased with their customer service, quality, and professionalism and recommend them to others without reservation.

I've been using Atlantis for years on my home and rental property. Most recently John Henry plumbed a new bathroom vanity for me. As always they gave a notice when they were on they way, showed up in window, were friendly and described the problem and options to fix. The prices are reasonable and there's no service charge if the service is completed. It's not "cheap" but plumbing isn't cheap and they've always done an excellent job at a fair price.

Brian Miller was dispatched and was very professional. He did an exceptional job with fixing the main water inlet coming into the house where the coupling failed. Due to the angle of the pipe coming in he used pex to ensure there was no bend.

All in all excellent job will definitely use again.

Great experience with Jon Camp and his associate, Tony. My apartment needed a garbage disposal for my sink, and we were able to get an appointment quickly set up. They were quick and efficient in getting the job done, and could not be happier with the results. I recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues or in need of upgrades, will definitely use again in the future. Will now enjoy cooking more as I will be able to clean without worrying about a continuous clogged sink! These guys get the job done!

I was very pleased with the repair work that was performed on my home by Atlantis Plumbing. Bryan, Cody, and Brandon were professional, courteous, and thorough. I was especially impressed with the knowledge, and technical expertise of Cody; he was excellent. Bryan gave me complete information on how the repair would be done. Brandon was helpful and informative with the repairs. I would recommend these professionals for any prospective plumbing need.

This crew was amazing! I confirmed my meter was running and we had a leak around 6pm on Wednesday. I submitted an online inquiry and left a message that night. They called me back first thing the following morning. Someone was there on Thursday to inspect and confirmed that I had a leak. They got me on the schedule the next day!

They communicated very well. Someone called me around 7:15am on Friday morning to let me know they were on their way. Arrived as expected. They were very quick, clean, professional and explained the situation to me clearly. These guys turned an 8 hour job into 3 and were done before noon. No mess. I say they're plumbing ninjas!

Robert Camp with Atlantis Plumbing came out for service call. We had a serious leak in our bathroom. He was just wonderful. He found the problem, immediately started work and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. Should I need the services of a plumber again I will call Atlantis and request Robert. I am very happy with the work done and he was a pleasure.

During the course of getting our house ready to sell, we had to have several plumbing issues fixed from installing a new toilet and connecting a dishwasher to repairing a pipe in the wall. Tim and Branden have done most of the work, and they were excellent. Also, I was able to call Atlantis and have someone come out the next day. It was nice to not have to wait a week or two for service. I would highly recommend.

Completed an online request for a free estimate and received a followup call within 15 minutes. They set up my free estimate the following morning-on a Saturday at that. Bryan came out and provided a detailed and thorough evaluation. Price was within norms compared to what I had researched. They replaced the water main line from the meter to crawl space and installed a new shut-off valve. There was minimal damage to my yard which was very important to me-who wants to redo landscaping or lay new grass. They weather was bad-it was pouring rain and they continued to work diligently to get the job done. After completion, they cleaned the areas and showed me how to operate the new shut-off valve. I was pleased with the outcome. There was an issue that required them to come back out which Bryan did within the hour and took care of the issue. I was very impressed with the followup and how quickly the issues were resolved and of course with no additional charge. I feel I have finally found a plumber I can trust. Thanks Bryan, Reggie, and Brandon for job well done!!

Tim Robinson came out with almost zero notice, to inspect the state of my bathroom plumbing- a friend of mine, who had minor plumbing experience, said it 'looked weird', and suggested I seek a well-versed professional to check it out. Lo and behold, it was 'weird', and in fact, done incorrectly. The contractors likely cut some corners when the house was built, but he assured me that it was pretty easily fixable. He reconfigured the plumbing, and installed my new bathroom vanity. He was very friendly, explained everything, and was thorough (perfectionist, almost). Things took a bit longer than originally planned, but he cut me one hell of a deal. Very happy with the level of expertise and care that went into the install, and will definitely call upon Atlantis Plumbing again in the future, should I need anything. Thanks again so much.

Jon and Derrick were consummate professionals! They called to alert me of their arrival time, arrived when they said they would, came in to my mother's home, assessed, identified and corrected the problem. They patiently answered all questions, were polite and did a great job! They have my highest recommendation! Outstanding service!

Hire this company! Jeffrey King was AMAZING. My home warranty sent out three different plumbers to try to fix a clog that caused $16000 in damage to my house. Nobody could fix it (although they said they did and charged my home warranty company. Note: NEVER use Rhino Plumbing or J&S mechanical of Buford). Finally I went out of network and called Atlantis after a friend recommended them. Not only did they come right away, they knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Finally, after a week with no water, we were able to flush a toilet and take showers at our home. I will NEVER go through my home warranty company for plumbing issues again. I will go straight to Atlantis and know that my problems will be solved, immediately and at a reasonable price. Thank, Jeffrey. You ROCK.

These people are phenomenal! John Henry came to give the estimate and was extremely up front about what we needed and very helpful. John Camp came out to install my water heater and he did a very good job! There was something that went wrong on the manufacturer's end with the unit and it was 4th of July weekend so Mr. Camp was on his way out of town but he offered to pull over and facetime me to walk me through some steps to get back up and running and said he could send another tech if that didn't work. Mr. Cy ended up coming out and figuring out what the problem was. He had to get a part and come back 2 days later but he fixed the issue and we have had hot water ever since! These are good honest men who do good business and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had MULTIPLE plumbing issues ranging from a deteriorating cast iron pipe to a leaky bathroom sink. I decided to give Atlantis a call after looking through google search. I can honestly say they are the best i've worked with!! They had Mr. Tim Robinson come out to give me an estimate (which was VERY reasonable) and within a few days, they were back at my house working. Tim was very professional and answered every question I asked! I will definitely be working with them again if I have any other plumbing issues. I highly recommend going with Atlantis.

From initial contact, to having Bryan come out the next day (early I might add, he called first with ETA and I appreciated that) to provide a fair and reasonable estimate (explaining what they would be doing and when they could get me on the calendar); to having Kyle and Johnny arrive promptly on day of install and complete the work seemlessly (at least to me as I was working from home and had to be on calls). They were very polite and thorough. I was initially very stressed about having to have a new water line installed but Atlantis made the whole process as least painful as possible. Knowing they are licensed, insured, and they warranty their work and parts, is an added plus. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Another excellent experience with Atlantis Plumbing. Technician John Massey offered me the option of a more complete toilet bowl fix than simply flush valve replacement, explaining the benefits and need clearly. I chose a rebuild, and the completed work was impeccable. An improvement in operation, appearance, and 6-month warranty left me with total confidence in this upstairs unit. John’s courtesy and professionalism stood out from start to finish.

We got an appointment for the day after we called for a non-emergency situation. Our plumber, John Massey, arrived in the middle of the two-hour window we were promised, after calling ahead to let us know when he would arrive. We had a leak from our upstairs bathtub that was dripping into the garage. I tried calling another plumber, but he never got back to me. I called Atlantis Plumbing at 8:30am and I had a plumber at my house the same day at 3pm. John Henry was great! He called when he was on his way and answered all our questions kindly and respectfully. We figured out a solution and we had the problem solved in less than 2 hours. Definitely a great company with great service at a fair price.

The main water line connection to our house burst, and we were referred to Atlantis Plumbing for repairs. Bryan was so nice, and super helpful. He came right away and gave us a bid, and was a great advocate for us as we worked with our homeowner's insurance to cover the repairs. Cody and Justin replaced the main line for us. They ran into some issues with the repairs, as they found that the water line connection was underneath our front cement porch. Cody was able to figure out how to reconfigure the water line so that they didn't have to destroy our front porch to get to the main connection. He was very meticulous and made sure he measured everything exactly. He was able to connect a new line in another area of our basement by drilling through the cement to get to the exact right spot in a basement closet, and then running the line through the basement ceiling. I have an injured knee, so he even helped me empty out the closet where the new connection needed to be. They cleaned everything really well after the work was completed. Both were very professional and did a great job. We were really happy with the whole process.

This is the 3rd time I have used Atlantis Plumbing, each time I have had the same plumber, Robert Camp. I am very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. He had an assistant with him this time, Demarcus. They both were professional, friendly and efficient. I had a sewer line replaced, I work from home and it was like they were not there. Minimal noise and/or disturbance! The costs have been reasonable and I rate the quality high. I am comfortable referring to Mr. Camp as my plumber!

Thank goodness for Atlantis. Robert and Bryan have been fantastic to work with. They are both super professional, knowledgeable and thorough and have been very kind and considerate, ensuring that the work was both correct, and reasonably priced. It has been one thing after another and they both helped me through all of it. I'm almost glad (ALMOST) that I had a problem in the first place because now I know who my go-to plumbers are.

Chet from Atlantis arrived on time to take care of our water pressure issue. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the needed part and then made sure the water pressure was set properly and performed as it should. He explained exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and then did so. Chet was professional, responsive and no complaints on the cost. We thought we had a unique problem, but Brian was able to explain what was happening and put us at ease with his knowledge on what had to be done. Aside from his professionalism, Brian was also friendly and super resourceful. He sourced the part, installed it, and even walked me through some tips on further maintenance, all of this inside of 2 hours. Needless to say, we were very pleased.

Very efficient and affordable the plumber was well versed in his trade and explained everything in layman's terms for me to understand. I will use this company again they are the #1 plumbing company for polybutylene, clean, and conscience.

Mr. Sandy did a phenomenal job. He was extremely personable and professional. He answered every question I had and then some. He worked fast and got the job done as efficiently as possible. He replaced all of the cast iron plumbing in my house. I couldn't be more pleased. He'll be my plumber for all my plumbing needs going forward. Excellent service all around.

Great service and extremely professional! I initially had five different plumbers out who couldn’t fix the leak from my tub faucet. Tony came out, assessed the problem, and fixed it. They’re a little expensive but money well spent! The work is under warranty as well. Peace of mind is everything.

He even answered my call after hours. He reassured me that the job was being handled even though he had technically finished his part in the process, he saw me through. Needed several plumbing issues fixed quickly for a real estate client from issues with the prior owner. Chet, located all of the issues and addressed them individually quickly and for a reasonable price this is my go to Company for myself my friends and my clients.

Tony was an excellent repair technician. He was on time, he answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable, he taught us a lot about what needed to be done. He gave us excellent advice about our hot water system, he fixed our drain, he fixed the toilet. We had a terrible gas leak coming from the fireplace Tony corrected the issue with the gas leak in our fireplace. He restored gas to the rest of the house and recommended much needed further repair of the fireplace. Excellent technician with years of experience. Very good customer service, and he cleaned up everything after he was done. He is a valuable asset to the company.

I had a sewer gas leak that no one could find for over 1 year. Atlantis sent 2 guys out the did a smoke test , found the leak and fixed it. Very pleased with the job. The plumbers were professional , friendly highly skilled and honest. I would definitely use them again.

We had an issue with our sump pump failing in our basement causing a major issue and Atlantis was very quick to get someone out same day (on a Saturday). The technician ben was very thorough in his work and gave very reasonable pricing. Will definitely recommend Atlantis to fellow friends and family!

We used Atlantis to come behind a Home Depot install to check the gas line on our new range. The office was great, Ben who came was great, and he went above and beyond to complete work HD didn't finish. Communication, timeliness, and affordability were all excellent. All around 5 star service. Extremely responsive, I was put on the schedule almost immediately. They were able to resolve all our issues and even when there were questions regarding billing the woman in accounting was also very friendly and helpful.
